Had the Tour for a week now from Verizon, and one thing I have noticed is that when I UNLOCK using the button, it unlocks and then freezes with no timer in the middle. It takes about 30 seconds to unfreeze. Very inconvenient.

Has anyone else experienced this?

i placed a post on this a few days ago. But what cleared me up was Options - Security Options -General Settings and "disable" both Compression and Protections.

Also, set Memory CLeaning to Holseter only, Mem clean every 30 mins.
