so i got this notification randomly on my phone i thought it could be app world but it wasn't. i even deleted app world and restarted my phone multiple times and it wouldn't go away anyone know what notification this could be for?

That is a WAP pushed message.

Look in your messages folder

i figured it out!!!! it was app world but not regular app world icon it was a message in my messages folder not in app world saying that there is an update for one of my applications
