Im new to this phone and today a new alert popped up on the top of my screen and I have spent the greater part of the day trying to figure out what the heck it is. It is a circle with an arrow pointing down to the left with the little red star in the right corner. Does anyone know what this is for and how to get rid of it.

Has something to do with downloads or an app update. just click on that icon and it will tell you what you need to know.

Click your blackberry key to open your full menu. Then open messages and it should show the alet
