US Cellular sent out emails about updating to OS 5.0. All I can say is that its about time. Glad its here though. My phone starts up so much quicker. The released version of the OS was 5.0.0.484. Seems to be working great. Just thought I would give the CB fam a heads up.

Yes i received a email from R.I.M yesterday about the update.I had already updated using another carriers os 5.0 and i also have hybrid.But yes finally os 5.0 for us cellular tour users that hadn't updated yet.
Nice that USCC finally released it.... I had been using Sprint's 484 for awhile now, it's the same thing. I did downgrade to 4.7 to upgrade to the official release though, just to keep it official.
