I have a Panasonic netcam set up in my home. However I cannot view the screen with the refresh rate set at mpeg-4 or mpeg. If the refresh rate is set for 3s I get a still photo. Kind of ticks me off because my wife has an Iphone and she likes to point out she has no problem viewing the netcam video at all.
