I kinda had the issue as well. I called CS to request the $50 credit but the CSR told me it had to get verified by her supervisor. Then I asked her how long it will take for the credit to appear on my account and she said "Within' 24 hours". After 24 hours past I checked online to see if the credit posted but nothing was there. So I called back and within 5 minutes I was issued the credit and it appeared onto my account within that time frame.

yea i was also told 24 hrs. im not the head account holder on my family plan so i dnt even c the bill
I was actually in the store looking at some cases when my girlfriend pointed out the price of the Tour to me and I realized it said it was selling for $249. I had my receipt with me (was returning another case) and I had purchased it for $299. I asked one of the employees what the deal was and they credited me $50 right there on the spot off my first bill.
I was still within my 30 days (purchased phone/plan on Monday).
