I have a sprint tour, so it should already be unlocked. I am looking to rent a sim card for my trip instead of paying sprint outrageous roaming fees

-My calls will only be to USA and Italian numbers
-I would like unlimited data so I can tether to my laptop.

Does anyone know of a place to rent a sim card with these capabilities?

Get a Prepaid SIM from Vodafone Italy, they offer prepaid BIS.

The link you posted only has an expensive prepaid data service. Is there anyway to buy a vodaphone BIS sim card before I get there?

I found a site listing prepaid data rates. They say that TIM has a 2 euro a week plan with unlimited BIS. can anyone confirm or deny?
