    I called Verizon and asked them if i could get a multi FRU for a Tour and tey said no because i have had only 2 replacement phones. and i know i have had 6. so if i go thru insurance and i have had 4 replacementsuthemwill i still qualify

    I believe the OP has a Storm and is trying to get a Tour using the multi FRU route as justification.

    You would need to have it replaced by verizon. Warranty claims do not count.
