    I have been having the worst time with my Trackball. This is my 2nd Tour so i'm trying to deal with this, but it's getting crazy now. Its not some times, it's all the time and thryign to scroll is like ****...

    A few other have told me they are havign the same issues. Sprint WASSUP!!!!

    Yup Scrolling is horrible. I'm taking mine back tomorrow. I'll exchange it and give another one a try for another week and if it's the same problem I'm done. Back to the 8300

    Not just sprint phones.....on second one from verizon as well as my son....trackball issues on both

    My trackball gets stubborn when I try to use my left hand, it doesn't rub it the right way.
    Have you tried to change the sensitivity? That helps a little.

    Did you try fix.. Where you hold the track ball in and roll it around .. people that sthat helped

    some just dont fix with the hold down thing. Mine didnt. Go back and test it out before you exchange it and you will be fine. I got my 2nd one today that works PERFECTLY right out of the box with default 70 settings. If your ball doesnt work perfect on 70 70 there is no reason you shouldn't bring it back for a good one.
