Has anyone ever changed one of these things? Can you point me to a how to video?
my trackball only moves up and side to side, but it wont move DOWN at all. I think it is the trackball membrane that needs to be replaced cause I've tried everything.

replacing the trackball anything on the tour is tricky because of how the top panel comes off, if not removed correctly it can and will destroy one of two resistors required for the camera flash. take down of the phone is relatively easy, two screws under the battery, everything else is snap together joints. I replaced the entire trackball on my tour with one for the curve, no problems since.
