Okay, not that the trackball is broken, its just seems too sensitive, and I dont mean like sensitivity settings wise I mean like lets say on a curve you were to scroll left and right it wouldnt go up or down very much at all (scrolling quickly) but then on the Tour you try scrolling left or right and it goes up and down more often, its starting to get very frustraiting.

Like I said I tried changing sensitivity and it doesnt do anything just makes it slower and MORE annoying

Suggest taking it back and getting a new one just tell them our sensitivity on your tackball is outta whack and the settings dont do any good. should give you a new 1

That shouldn't be like that at all. I agree with the above post- if you're within your 30 days just go in and exchange it.

Def replace the phone. The trackball issues are known and they will replace no questions asked.
