My wife has the tour and loves it except the track ball sucks. The phone is only two months old so i hate to pull it out. I changed the sensitivity and it acted better for a minute.
Problem is, it just does not seem to be round. Its almost like rolling a football. Fine for a second, and very unaccurate the next.
Anyone else having problems with theirs? Thanks in advance
Look at the forums; many people have had this problem. Call Verizon for a warranty exchange.
I'm holding my tongue on saying anything rude, but this is one of the largest topics about the Tour ... take a look around ... but you'll see its best to send it back to them for an exchange.
