My tour currently isn't even turning on. It DID have a very low battery but I was bored playing around with it after the connection went off because of low battery. I went and tried getting a wireless update on it to see if it worked and then it the signal came back. After a little while the phone completely turned off and then started up again with the little clock but then turned off. Now I'm charging it and it isn't loading up at all. It's a black screen with a solid red light and even while holding the power button for an elongated time, nothing works.

Any help?

I would return it, but there is a red line on the battery indicator...somehow? I never got water in it.

as the red light comes on it is restarting.. just let it go

No it's stuck with the red light on and doing absolutely nothing.

just wait and then after it's been charging for awhile (30 min>) unplug it and do a battery pull

If the red light is solid while the Tour is unresponsive, just like cookie said, have it charge for 30 mins to an hour or two.
