My wife update her Tour software yesterday and immediately afterward, all the phone showed was a white screen. Battery pull did nothing...keyboard would not respond.
Verizon store rep indicated he had seen 7 of these in the last day or so.....
No, i haven't experienced this problem, but I hear alot of people have had this problem. I updated my Tour recently and it was fine. Also, my friend just got a Tour and we updated hers and it was fine. There's a thread on here somewhere that gives you instructions on how to unbrick your Tour..good luck!
