Anyone having issues with the Tour's track ball? I'm experiencing a lag time issue when moving track ball to access screen directives and movements. I apprised a local Sprint store tech of the problem and he told me that it was a "known fact" that this is a problem on some new Tours that was shipped out to customers. I then called Sprint and now they have issued a new phone. I told them to check out the track ball on the new device to make sure it works correctlybefore sending it out. ,
Yeah try pushing the trackball in and holding it in and roll the ball around in circles. I heard that fixed some peoples issues with the trackball but yes this is a known problem and some tours same with loose batter doors
