Blackberrys have always had buy one get one free with a new line. You always have your choice to pick out which other blackberry modle you want when you open up a new line.
I bought my tour days before the BOGO started, and went back into the VZW store after the deal was in place and tried to get my girlfriend a free tour and the rep told me, "we no longer offer blackberrys under the BOGO deal." Weird right? This kid told me they stopped offering them at least 3 months ago.
The manager almost lost his mind once he caught wind of it and corrected the mistake, and we walked out with a ~$16.00 tour (taxes after $100 MIR)
Just to make sure there's no confusion, they definitely are a part of the BOGO.
