...well my good ole Tour fell victim to the known trackball issue and I just got my replacement today. I backup and restore my bb damn near everyday and when I went to restore it my apps that I d/l didn't restore...is that natural? if so I am going to be pissed...I had beyond 160 (which I still have to key for) and I had Textender too! Any help please...thanks in advance.

Contrary to belief, backup does not copy 3rd party applications. Device switch wizard however does.

If you relinquished the old device, you can contact the vendors you purchased the apps from and advise them of the PIN change. They should resend you the DL link. After you restore your new device to your liking, do a search here to learn how to backup your apps for future reference. If you are still in possession of your old device, utilize Device Switch Wizard as <John.Hamilton.02> suggested.
