My Tour has started to freeze if I am on a call and another one comes through. I cannot answer the other call. My phone locks, it continues to ring, I can see who is calling but cannot answer it. The only way to be able to use my phone again is to do a battery pull. If I am on a call and choose not to answer an incoming call the call I am on gets dropped.
Does anyone else have this problem? Do you think it is worth taking into a store to look?
This sounds similar to what was happening to me i went sprint. They did a factory reset, and everything seemed to go back to normal working order. I do recomend writing down or backing up your data because sprint only restored my contacts.
