I'm using the same desktop version as I had for my 8330. When I connect my Tour the desktop manager sees it and I can sync, but the Media Manager (roxio) doesn't show anything.
Anyone else seeing this?

Do you have our memory card in phone? Unlike Storm, Tour doesn't have onboard memory so will only show up if you have memory card in phone.
If the card is present I would go to Options > Memory > Check to make sure that Media Card Support and Mass Storage Mode Support are On.
