Wasn't exactly sure about that so googled it... Led me to https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw

Tried to make an account but it said:
"Cannot create account:

This BlackBerry(R) device is not registered with your wireless service provider.
Please register this device and verify that the URL of the current web site matches
the one provided by your wireless service provider.

To register:

1. In the Application list on your device, click Options, or click Settings Options.

2. Click Advanced Options > Host Routing Table.

3. Click the Menu key and click Register Now.

If the error persists, contact your wireless service provider."

Im no expert but i dont think you have a data plan activated. You need to call CS and have activate your data plan , then its pretty simple from there.

Complete ***** haha, called FROM the phone I was having issues... Brainless moment there.... Just did a battery pull on it so waiting for it to reboot.

So got it so it would activate right.... then it had to re-boot so now waiting for it to boot back up.... *crosses fingers*

They said that something is wrong with it thats not letting it register with the host routing things... I dont know... But the tech guy said to replace it so...

For future ref when you call support go straight to option 3. That's BB suport. Save yourself some headaches.

I myself am a Tech Rep Tier 2 for sprint. This is how we would have FIXXED. Basically, you and I would have given your phone a hard reset (in this case different than wiping handheld), to knock out the programming. While your phone was powercycling, I woould have done some things in the system. Then it would be a matter of waiting on your phone to boot back up and reprogram itself. Hasnt happened as much as when the phone first came out. The Tour is the "Alpha Male" of CDMA BB's right now. IMO

Got my new tour... They tried everything to get it to work then just exchanged it... My new one works and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it! TOTALLY tops my dads storm: beyond happy with it!
