I bought a BB Tour yesterday, and I have been trying to figure out how to set up a reminder "beep" or "tone" for text messages that are received by the phone, but go unanswered. I dont always have my phone on me, and if I miss a text, I like a reminder every few minutes or so.

My previous phones all had a reminder tone you could have set for every 1 minute, 2 minute, etc etc after a text message is received but not acknowledged.

I cant seem to find this option on my Tour. I tried to search for the answer here, but I couldnt find anything relevant to text messages, only calender and task stuff.

Not that I know of. Unless htere is a third party application that might help.

You can turn on the LED in the alerts option. It will flash red for 15 minutes after you receive a message.
