I had a few isssues with my original tour so I brought it back to Verizon and swapped it for a new one. Prior to bringing back the original I backed it up on my desktop. When I came home with the new one...I activated it on the BES and then attempted to "Restore" the device the device with the back-up for the old one.
My messages moved over but NONE of setting or profiles moved over.
