The Tour is dual-technology, meaning it will operate on both CDMA and GSM.
It comes with a SIM card, but that's only good for roaming when out of the country.
An AT&T or Centennial SIM card could be put in but you would have to switch the network technology in the Network Options.
So, that being said, the Sprint SIM card is pretty much worthless unless I plan on going to Italy or Russia or something, which aint happenin anytime soon, and if I don't have a good CDMA signal, I'm pretty much up the creek without a paddle.
