    Okay so I tried to search and nothing came up so I'm looking for some help. I have a tour with os 4.7.1.57 and I have the unlimited everything plan. I cannot receive mms nor send them. When I try to send them a red x comes up after a little and when I receive them it shows I got one but it won't retrieve no matter how good my service is??? Any help/suggestions? I already tried a battery pull

    My MMS is working on Sprint. Try a battery pull. If that don't work call Sprint BB support. I don't believe its the OS; however, when I had .57 I found that it continually had RAM crashes with high memory programs such as, Tweetgenius, Crackberry APP store, APP world ETC. So I downloaded 5.0.0.230 and never looked back.

    Yeah I want to download it but not to tech savy so I've been waiting for the official release. Its killing me!!

    Try resending your service books and a master radio reset.

    I would say call Sprint Tech support. I had problems with my MMS/SMS before and they worked their magic and fixed everything for me real quick.

    Yeah vdub that's wat I ended up doing and they fixed it. All I had to do was update my profile
