    Hi i've recently purchased a Sprint black berry tour online. Everything is working accept to the top of the screen it says 'activation required'. the books that came with it didnt have any information on it. What do i do???

    You have to call Sprint to have it activated. You can do it online through the support chat as well.

    tech support will help you program the phone (may be an issue) or re-push service books to you
