Hey guys, i was wondering if there is an app out there like there is for the iPhone, that you can put on when lets say whenever someone calls, a specific person that you pick, or text, that it doesn't show up on the phone. I think it was called Black list or something on the iPhone. ANY help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

There are a few, but none seem to be without complaints. I would like to find one also, but it's essential for me that the phone won't ring or flash for someone I want to block.

Look at AddOnis. It has a "firewall" to do that, but I'm not sure how well it works.

Google Voice works well for this but you'll have to give folks your GV number to call. GV isn't device specific so that "block" follows the caller.
