    So, besides the shaky battery door, this is my only other problem with MY tour.

    I selected my sounds, etc, customized vibe...

    The sound I selected for both BBM tones isnt the the sount that is playing, instead it plays a different sound. Any fix to this?

    maybe do a battery pull / reset the phone and maybe then it will take effect.

    Create a custom ringtone profile instead. I don't understand why you can't change your profile but mind is working fine.

    did custom profile... same issue. Maybe my bb_pro6 tone is bunk?
