I went in today finally! After 3 grueling weeks of dealing with the messed up keyboard and trackball, and got a new Tour which is a lot better.

But the reason why I started this thread is because for some reason, the USB chord on the first Tour that I have, wouldn't charge my tour, and I couldn't open anything like the "Blackberry" storage files was there. It would read that my Blackberry was connected to the computer through Blackberry Desktop and nothing would come up.

I'm on the 2nd one, and its doing the same thing.

Any ideas?

PS. the analog clock appears when I connect the tour to the computer but nothing happens.

ok so i guess it's not like the 8330 where it would prompt you automatically.

Got it to charge and open up Mass Storage System

Because for every BlackBerry or device you connect to the computer even if it's the same model. It has to go through loading drivers and stuff. No idea why. Device id number must be different for each phone.
