    Verizon shipped me a replacement phone for trackball issues and I dropped my phone when i went to get the mail today...

    The phones fine but one of the edges got gouged, but will this have impact on my replacement since I have to send this phone back in?

    It shouldn't. I had that problem with an eNv that I had on Verizon a couple of years ago. They are just gonna repair it and use it as a refurb anyway. I wouldn't worry about it.
