    Only my SMS texts aren't going out...BBM and GTalk is fine.. When I try to send I get the little red clock...and it stays there... Then way later I get a Red X... Any ideas???

    may sound stupid but my friend had same issue...he wasent dialing the 1 before the phone number and that fixed it

    I also get a message that says Mobile equipment status fail... And I have perfect reception...

    I would give Sprint a call and make sure that no features on your account changed. It almost sounds like a block on outgoing text messages.
