Verizon is my carrier, and I have spent hours and days with their tech support and they tell me it is a BB issue, so here goes......
If anyone calls me and leaves me a voicemail, I no longer can SMS text them, the field where I type is missing.
In place of the field where I would type it says: Callback Number: *86
This all happened when I did the latest upgrade for my phone, I did not have this issue before the last upgrade.
