    Hi everyone,

    I have looked everywhere for a solution to this problem, so please forgive me if this question has been asked before. I have been searching non-stop for a way to resolve it.

    This is a problem that has been plaguing me since the 5.0 upgrade. I am a TELUS Tour user and my SMS messages all show the number of the contact, but not their names. However, when I press the BB button, there is a "View Contact" option that takes me to that contact's name and details.

    Why is this and how can I fix it so it shows the names of my contacts?

    Go to:

    - Options
    - SMS Text

    Your second option down is "Show Names"...Change that to "Yes" and save.

    Absolutely. I have no names showing whatsoever and I have several hundred contacts .
