    I would like to see if anyone can help me out with this. I have desktop manager open and I it has my Tour connected, and smartview open and it says " No Device connected" does anyone know how I can fix this, or whats wrong?

    I had the same problem when I got the Tour the other day. I installed Quick Pull Lite and did a couple of quick pulls then hooked it back up and now it is working just fine.
