I have attempted to research this because I know that I have seen it on here before but I can't find it so I will ask these questions about my slow running Tour.

1. What do I need to clean to keep the speed up and how?

2. How do I check the memory and clean it up?

3. How do I know if apps are running in the background?

Again I am sorry for asking these questions because I know they are on here but I will be damn if I can find them.

apps that you dont use, games, themes sms, emails internet cache history etc etc.

options> memory go to the bottomn and you should see app memory


and to check your apps running, hold the blackberry button(the one next to the send call haha)
