I have just recently got myself a blackberry tour and I need help! Everytime I hit my menu option it brings me to a short cut menu and I hate it. How do I turn it off so everytime I hit my menu button it'll take me to the full menu? It never use to do this before HELP I've tried to change my options from "short" menu to "full" menu.. and nothing has worked.. please help!

Do you mean the "ribbon" which shows open apps? If so, you are pressing the BB too long. Just tap it for the screen with all the other icons.
