    This afternoon I decided to setup Outlook on my computer, but now I haven't received a single email on my Tour! I've tried a battery pull, but it still isn't getting anything. What could be causing this?

    I think you must configure Outlook to not delete your e-mail from the server.

    not sure.. but i think you need to setup your email account to use IMAP. it sounds like you are using POP3 right now. try that and see if it works.

    I think the "leave a copy of the message on the server" fixed it. Thanks, guys!

    Edit: That doesn't seem to have fixed my Gmail inbox! It fixed my school email (I get messages in Outlook and my BB), but with Gmail I only get them in Outlook and the Gmail website.

    Anyone? Also, why can't you change the Gmaill server/type options in the email settings on the BB? For some reason I don't get Gmail on my BB when Outlook is open, but it works when it isn't in use (even though I have it set to leave messages on server).
