I am with BELL and soon will have to send in my Tour for trackball issues. I thought i was the lucky one with a problem free tour but im soon learning that im having issues that need to be fixed.
I wanted to know from those of you who have had to send in their bb what the process is like.
-If i send it in for trackball and screen ripple effect will they just replace the trackball and send it back or give me a new(refurb) unit? Ive seen pics of tours people received after sending it in and it had plastic on it so i was wondering if the body casing would be new too.
-Also, should i send in my battery with the phone?
