    how can i asure i can get everything off my phone, not a single thing on it as if i had just bought it from verizon? i will be selling it but i really would not want anyone to get a hold of any personal info / passwords or etc stuff..

    Or you can use BBSAK or CrackUtil (programs that EVERY BB user should have) you should have at least one of those two.

    Those will do a full, complete wipe. That's what most people use.

    Yea, if your just getting rid of the phone, just use the wipe function within the phone. No sense in using BBSAK or CrackUtil.
