My horizontal scroll only sucks sometimes in the home menu screen. It seems like it could be a software fix as its works flawless in browser with slightest touch. I don't like turning up sensitivity cause it over shoots icons. Only issue with my phone so can't complain too much! Also the lighter I touch her the better!

There are tons of posts on this. This is a defect on the device whether it's software or hardware it still hasn't been determined. I have returned my Tour 3 times in 7 days due to me not being able to scroll from left to right. I am finally on a phone that it scrolls the way it should. I would take it back.... try another one.
