I must have disconnected or broke something when I took it apart? Seemed fine but one part was a little stubborn. I looked through it for obvious issues but didn't find anything.

My tour will turn on, red led for a few seconds, then keys light up and functions fine just the screen stays black.

Any ideas of what to check before I drop it off at the shop?

one of the connections on the board was not fully connected... thread not needed.
