    Hey everyone,

Most recently, my Roxio Media Manager isn't working. Everytime I click to go into it, I'm getting a Runtime Error:

    Runtime Error!
    C:\Program Files\Roxio\Media Manager 9\MediaManager9.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
I've tried many of the tricks I've seen from googling it, and nothing seems to fix this problem. Anyone know of a solution, or suggest one. Nothing changed on the laptop and this was happening prior to the upgrade of my Verizon Tour. I even uninstalled DM and reinstalled it.

Roxio is a joke really. What exactly are you trying to do? Aside from DL an OS, and installing zip files and apps, desktop manager is not worth the headache. Windows can install all the media files to your media card.

Its useless. It was never truly integrated. Just enable mass storage device, and drag and drop.

Roxio sucks and freezes all the time. Drag and drop ftw.

Just plug your device into your PC via USB cable, open your media card, open whatever files you want to transfer on your PC and drag those into the proper folder in your card.
