I had a ringtone assigned to a contact and I deleted the ringtone. I would like the contact to ring with the ringtone I have for everyone but it uses the default blackberry ringtone. How can I make it like other contacts that never had an assigned ringtone?
Also I set a downloaded ringtone to go off with SMS messages, but contacts with assigned ringtones use the default SMS tone.
Can anyone help me please?
If this doesnt make sense I can clarify more. I just cant translate very well sometimes. Sorry.
1. Go to the Sounds/Profile Icon. Press the trackball and scroll down to Set Contact Alerts. Select the person for whom you want to edit the ringtone. Then either delete the Contact Alert for that person or edit the PHONE ringtone to be the same as everyone else.
2. Be sure that the phone numbers do not have any punctuation.
