Hello all,

I need some help with my message alerts. I have my profiles set up for my sms message alerts, however when I receive a sms message alert from a number that is NOT listed in my address book it plays an alert that I did not select.

I have gone through all my settings (i.e. sound profiles, contact alerts, and custom profiles) and I can't figure out why it plays a different alert when I get sms from people not in my address book.

This is my first BB (Tour) with Sprint. So any help will be greatly appreciated.
