So. I have a couple problems with my alerts maybe you guys can help me.

1. When I give a custom ring tone for a person and then a completely different person texts me. SOMETIMES not always I get alerted with the custom tone not the standard tone that I have set for texts.

2. If I give a custom tone to somebody and decide that I don't want that person to have a custom tone anymore is there ANY way to put that contact back to the default phone tones?

Is anybody else having these issues? And if anybody can help with mine I would appreciate it.

I don't have that exact problem, but I do use a custom mp3 clip for all SMS texts and sometimes for no reason, my Tour stops using it as the alert and starts using one of the generic alerts that come with the phone. Sometimes a battery pull resolves this issue, sometimes it doesn't...if it doesn't, the problem eventually corrects itself within a few hours. I have no clue what's going on!
