I have 600+ contacts. I have set a default ringtone for everyone but not everyone rings with this tone? How can i set everyone for this ringtone or reset the ringtones? Thanks

And i have searches without luck for the answers

Go to profiles>set contacts alerts and then just delete them. At least that's how it is on my tour.

Can I ask there were probably 50 people who has custom alerts and 48 of them i never set..how do they end up with custom alerts??

I have no idea. I was having the same problem, it was becoming pretty annoying. It happens when I add a new contact too. I don't know why or how it happens.

Same here. I even deleted a contact, renamed it, renamed it a different name, and it still did the exact same thing. :\
