Ok, so I got my Tour replaced today for the 3rd time, due to the trackball issue, and I noticed something:

First, the trackball is better, FOR NOW...

Second, the battery door doesn't move!!! I never thought about it until I was browsing the forum, and I thought I'd check it. It doesn't move an INCH!. I am kinda scared to figure out why, I might make it loose again.. LOL...

By the way, I saw the video about the trackball, and was thinking about production date. How do you tell when it was made? I don't have a green dot below my battery, unless I'm looking in the wrong spot.

By the way, my Tour is from Sprint.

The date of manufacture (or whatever that date represents) is on the BOX label just above the PLACE of manufacture. It is European style date. DDMMYY

If it is not on the box or you don't have the box, there is no other date available.

I have read that Sprint does not do Green Dots but I don't know.
