    Oh and no such luck on gettin a bold... but this does have a softer trackball... anyways... just activated the new phone... and I have no default browser or anything? no internet no gps, no anything... ... just phone and texts.. suggestions?

    Did you change your PIN settings in your BIS account? That may have something to do with it.

    Go to options>advanced>host routing table, go in, hit menu, hit "register now". Also, resend your service books through your BIS account...

    Log in to the BIS.
    Click Help.
    Click Send Service Books.

    OR

    Go to the Email Settings icon on the device.
    Log in.
    Press Menu.
    Select Service Books.
    Click on Send Service Books.

    Yep, this happened to me too with my new replacement device. After activating, I did a battery pull and then followed the steps above and mine is working now.
