So like pretty much every Tour owner I've finally run into the bad trackball problem. I replaced it and now the screen is dead, nothing. I have done the battery pull, restore, etc. nothing works. Red light comes on, keys light up, i can connect to pc but no screen activity. As far as I can tell nothing is disconnected and I was VERY careful when replacing the ball. Any ideas or guidance would be much appreciated, thanks!
