Title pretty much says it all. I replaced my tour, did a device switch in the desktop manager but now the tour only shows 1x (and it feels like 1x).

Update HRT: options -> advanced -> host routing table -> bbkey -> register

Call VZW and explain the problem, maybe it's something not provisioned correctly on their end.

If that doesn't work, then:

Dial ##000000

Hit Green Button

Scroll Down to SIP USER ID

Erase what's there with the del key

Enter your number in the format [email protected]

Scroll to SIP Password

Type vzw as the password


Hit menu key (left of trackball) and select save

Phone will reboot and you should now be connected to 1XEV

This process will re-validate your phone on the data network.
