I got that gosh-awful white screen with the "Reload Software: 552" message. I see one thread in '09 where two smart guys are discussing what to do....I'm not smart. I have trouble using my desktop manager correctly. Could someone give me some very simple instructions as well as an explanation. This happened to me in the Spring and the people at the store just said it was "a software glitch" that is very unusual and I must have been downloading a corrupt file or something. It was a real ***** getting my stuff all back and here I am again. I was adding a BB app when it happened this time. Besides puking, what can I do?
